Enrolling Students

 

Ready to join the Calvary Chapel Rialto Christian School Family?

Re-Enrollment (Returning Families)

  • Log in to Gradelink, click the “Re-Enroll” tab

  • Review and update student/parent information

  • Click “Submit” and wait for confirmation

  • Pay the $210 registration fee (non-refundable) through Gradelink

  • Download required forms under the “Admissions” tab

    • Pastor’s Questionnaire (required)

    • Other applicable forms

Note: Outstanding balances must be paid before re-enrollment is processed.

 

New Enrollment (New Families)

Step 1: Apply Online

  • Visit the “Getting Started” tab

  • Click “Enroll Me”

  • Create an account and complete the application

  • Submit the registration fee and placement test fee

    • This must be paid in full to secure the student’s place. The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. You will also need to pay the placement test at that time.

    • IMPORTANT: When making payments, make sure to write your student’s name in the memo section.

  • Print required documents:

    • Pastor’s Questionnaire

    • Student Record Forms

    • Physical Form (1st Grade)

    • Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)

Step 2: Placement Test

  • Scheduled by the school office

  • Required for grades 1–12 (Fridays at 1:30 PM)

  • Kindergarten testing is determined on a case-by-case basis

Step 3: Principal Interview & Final Paperwork
Bring the following to your appointment:

  • Pastor’s Questionnaire

  • Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records (including Tdap for 7th graders)

  • Most recent report card

  • All printed forms

  • Payment for tuition, books, and fees
